She shares a list of 4 pre-workout snacks that will help you get the most out of your workout. Remember to eat these 30-45 minutes before your workout.
Eat half cup cooked sweet potato with 1 scoop branch chain amino acids mixed in water. Sweet potatoes are filling and full of essential nutrients including all the vitamins, iron, magnesium, manganese and antioxidants.
Blend dried fruits (apricots, dates or figs) with half cup Greek yoghurt.
Have half a banana with 1 tbsp all-natural almond butter. You can have these on a whole wheat toast.
Add ½ tbsp peanut butter to half an apple. Top this with dark chocolate chips and a couple of nuts.
